Grimball Jewelers Serving Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh North Carolina

Unlike most advertised custom jewelry designs that really come from a catalogue, we at Grimball Jewelers create for you a custom jewelry design and manufacture that will personally reflect your exquisite taste.

Dig through your jewelry box to find those broken or unworn pieces, and we will assist you in metamorphosing those pieces into something exquisite. We will help you create a perfect piece of jewelry through Digital Goldsmith, our state-of-the-art computer design. With Digital Goldsmith, you will designs a piece, which guarantees you complete satisfaction.

No matter what you desire, we can exceed your dreams. Grimball Jewelers carries a large collect of sizes and gemstones that span all price ranges, but we also provide you with whatever you have in mind to give you something new.

When creating for you a custom piece of jewelry, we use the lost wax process. Our goldsmiths will create a hard wax model following the subtractive sculptural technique. A perfect example of the finished piece will result, allowing you the chance to change specific aspects if the model does not meet your taste. Once accepted, a plaster cast is made from the wax. The wax is melded (losing the wax) and metal fills the mold. After finishing, stones are added to complete the design.

Make today your chance to see the Grimball difference. We have strived since the 1970s to provide North Carolina with the best supplied jewelry manufacturing shop, like our latest laser welder, and most expansive one shop jewelry experience.

“One of my favorite aspects of Grimball Jewelers is their ability to design and craft beautiful jewelry. They are able to take a customer’s ideas and translate them into works of art. All of the pieces they have made for me are superbly made and beautifully designed. Whenever I wear them, people, even other jewelers ask me Who made them? And, I always reply Grimball Jewelers, of course.”
