We employ all aspects of an ultra modern fully equipped shop. Our jewelry is created in house with our Master Jewelers unrivaled in skill and artisanship. They are equally trained in contemporary Computer Design and Laser Welding technology as well as Centuries Old Hand Craftsmanship.
Despite what seems to be an overwhelming process, our experience helps us simplify the process for you to help create sophisticated jewelry designs. Our jewelers will help you feel at ease by taking your ideas, drawings or pictures and working with you each step of the way to guarantee you have complete control over your personalized piece of jewelry.
Upon completing a jewelry design and you ordering the job, Satow Goldsmiths uses Computer Assisted Design and Manufacturing software (CAD-CAM) to render a three dimensional design of your piece. This will allow you to view and approve what will be created. We will make sure you are one hundred percent satisfied with the expected piece.
When you approve of the computer rendering, our Master Jewelers will grind the design out of wax using a modern, four-axis computer driven mill, which will create a wax replica unachievable by hand. With a state-of-the-art laser welder, the wax is cast in any of our precious metals: palladium, platinum as well as white or yellow gold. After the casting of the your piece, we use our old world techniques to finish and to set the stones in your piece. We will polish and meticulously inspect your newly finished custom jewelry.
